Alternatively, you can complete the Medicines Order Line online form here
The online form is available to use 24/7 and doesn’t require you to create an account with a login or password.
The online form also allows you to order on behalf of family/friends, as long as they know the patient’s identifiers and medication details
Online ordering form requests will be processed within 48 hours.
You are still able to order via SystmOnline and at reception
You can order prescriptions online and will need a Username and Password.
If you already have the new login details – CLICK HERE
If you do not have new login details – you can request these from your usual reception. (please bring photo ID and proof of address)
Please note – We are unable to hand details to a third party or send them to a pharmacy with your prescription. They need to be collected in person from one of our Receptions.
Also, the online medication node is for ordering medication only. Any notes added to medication requests may get overlooked or missed.
If you need to speak to a GP or receptionist please call the surgery on 01773 602707
Paper Repeat Prescriptions
Use the tear-off slip attached to your previous prescription. Tick each item you need and hand this in at the surgery or post it to us. If this is lost, simply write down the items you require along with your name, address and date of birth.
Please allow us two working days (48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays) before coming to collect a routine repeat prescription from us. We do not accept prescription requests over the telephone and therefore we ask for the request in writing to minimise the possibility of a mistake occurring.
Some local chemists offer a collection service for prescriptions when they collect from the surgery and make up your prescription ready to collect. Please ask at reception or your local chemist if you think this may help.
If you let us have a stamped, addressed envelope we will post your prescription on to you but please allow extra time for this.
