We try our best to contact you should results require any further action. However, it is your responsibility to check for your results.

Alternatively, call us between 2.00 and 4.00 in the afternoon if you can. You will find it easier to get through to our reception staff and they will have more time to help.

To maintain confidentiality, you should call the surgery personally. If you are asked to bring a sample to the surgery, please let us have it by 1.00 p m.

The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
