Amber Valley Health Hub
Amber Valley Health (AVH) is a group of seven Derbyshire practices working together to provide extra healthcare services for the benefit of the local community.

We aim to improve the service and access to GPs for our patients.
Appointments are available at Church Farm, Steeple Drive Ripley – weekdays 6.00pm to 8.00pm and on a Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Please note, Amber Valley Health GPs and staff members are from local practices.
The Amber Valley Health GP Hub is open for pre-booked appointments only and does not provide a walk-in service.
Patients, including Jessop Medical Practice patients will be unable to access any other services during the GP Hub’s opening times.
To book an appointment, or for any further information please contact the practice as usual.
If you are unable to attend an appointment at the hub, please cancel this by contacting the practice.
