Compass – Changing Lives
Derby and Derbyshire Mental Health Support Teams and Early Intervention Targeted Support Services |
Compass Changing Lives provides prevention and early intervention emotional wellbeing and mental health support to Children, Young People aged 5 – 18 and Families (CYPFs) across Derby & Derbyshire.
Changing Lives is made up of two services, a Mental Health Support Team which supports schools and CYPF and the Early Intervention Targeted Support Service which provides support across the county and city. The services are made up of Emotional Wellbeing Practitioners, Education Mental Health Practitioners, Mental Health Practitioners and Senior / Supervising Practitioners from a range of health and education backgrounds.
