New Cloud Based Telephone System

We are pleased to announce that we have introduced a new digital cloud-based telephone system to improve patient experience.  

We have listened to your feedback and understand that queuing on our phones or at reception can be frustrating and inconvenient.  

During high call volumes our new phone system will keep track of your position in the queue giving you the option to receive a call back once your call reaches the front. Please make sure you keep your phone to hand with good phone signal. The system will automatically attempt to call back twice, if you miss these calls you will be expected to contact the surgery.

Please note that the system allows 40 people in the queue at any one time. The call-back feature is available from 08:00 when our phone lines open till 16:30. This ensures that our Receptionists can assist with your query on the same working day.
