Op COURAGE is an NHS service delivered by professionals with experience of the Armed Forces community. It can help if you’re finding life difficult after leaving the military. Working with Armed Forces charities, Op COURAGE provides:

• Mental health care during transition from military to civilian life
• Support for early signs of mental health problems and psychological trauma
• Treatment for substance misuse and addictions
• Access to NHS mental health services, including talking therapies and eating disorder support
• Help with wider wellbeing needs such as housing, relationships, finances and employment
