Mental Health Support (Adults)

We have developed this page for all of our adult patients who are suffering with mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, stress and self-harm.

All the resources below can be accessed directly without seeing your GP.

However if you are in a crisis, such as feeling suicidal, you need to access help urgently by either:

  • Calling the practice – 01773 602707
  • 999 (if there is imminent threat to life)
  • Attending the nearest A&E
