eConsult: New Changes

Dear Patients,

Our eConsult service will now be open from 7.30am and will turn off when we reach a pre-determined number of submissions. This is because we would like those who have no online access to still be able to get an appointment. The Practice is still available via normal means after this time. 

All requests will be responded to by the end of the next working day via email or text. Our Care Navigators will review the information provided and will either signpost you to an appropriate service or book with a health professional in the Practice or in the Community. Our team is expanding and now includes First Contact Physio’s, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Pharmacy technicians as well as our local Pharmacists and Opticians among others. This will get you the best care as soon as possible but also help us help other patients.

We will review your information and if you need an appointment, we will get this booked in on the day or at some point in the near future. We will let you know about the details. If you cannot make the appointment, please let us know
