For urgent matters or home visit requests, please contact the practice by phone.

In life-threatening emergencies, such as suspected stroke or heart attack, call 999.

If your concern requires prompt attention but is not an emergency, please telephone the practice, as online submissions may not be reviewed until later in the day.

Before submitting an online request, please take a moment to check whether your concern can be managed safely at home. Many common illnesses such as coughs, colds, sore throats, tummy upsets (D&V), and minor aches or injuries often get better on their own with rest, fluids, and simple remedies.The NHS website offers excellent, up-to-date advice on how to care for yourself or a family member, including when to seek further help if things don’t improve.

We’ve also compiled a list of services you can access independently, without needing to contact us.

💊 Pharmacy

Pharmacists can offer advice on a range of illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, ear infections and aches and pains. They can also give advice about medicines. This includes how to use your medicine, worries about side effects or any other questions you have.

You can also access the contraceptive pill for free without needing a prescription or GP appointment.
