This may include advice, signposting to other services, or booking an appointment.

All appointments are offered based on clinical need and urgency and are subject to appointment availability.

We will let you know how your submission will be managed by the practice. A response will be sent once reviewed and triaged by the practice during our core opening hours or the following working day.
