• Insurance claim forms and holiday cancellation forms
• Vaccination certificates
• Ofsted reports

Fees are based on the recommended scales published by the British Medical Association (BMA). Our Reception and Administration team will be happy to advise you of the current charges and expected timescales for completion.

Please note that other types of private work may also attract a fee. In these circumstances, a GP will first review the request and decide whether it can be undertaken. Any agreed work will be charged based on the time required to complete it.
