Pain
We know that living with Chronic Pain can be very difficult. It can have a significant knock on effect on not only your day to day life but your relationships, employment and also your mental health. You may find less enjoyment in life.
Pain killers may be helpful but they have limitations. There are other interventions that may have a positive effect on pain.
