Self Referral

For most health issues, you can either self care or, if needed, self refer to one of our numerous community services.

These services and professionals include Physiotherapists, Opticians, Podiatrists, Drug & Alcohol Teams and Mental Health Services.

They are Specialists in their own right and may be the right service for you to get sorted much sooner and comprehensively.

We are also part of a wider health community and we a member of Arch (Alfreton, Ripley, Crich, and Heanor) Primary Care Network (PCN) and we work collaboratively with the Practices around us to develop services for the communities we serve together.

Within this, we’re part of Amber Valley Health (AVH) which is a group of seven Derbyshire practices working together to provide extra healthcare services for the benefit of the local community.
